Remodeled Apartment Interiors in an Old Building in Madrid by A-cero

This is an interior renovation of apartments with contemporary luxurious as well as comfortable designs, in an old building in Madrid, which has been designed by Spanish architecture firm A-cero. Luxury, comfort, design and quality has been joined in only eight new flats in downtown Madrid. They reformed new luxury apartments designed by A-Cero. This luxurious interior is in an old four-story building. Such are these apartments’ conditions, property of the Group VP Hotels, that all have been rented before being completely equipped.

At every level of the two houses with a surface larger than 185m2. Penthouses are the largest home building and they are two flat floor. Each house has a different distribution but everyone has the following rooms: four or more bedrooms with a bathroom, the kitchen, living – dining room, where utility and a toilette. The biggest apartment has a quarter of a waiter.

Flats have so much luminosity is obtained mainly through the large windows and skylights in the large lounge, dining room and space. In addition, white walls and roof of the increased clarity, cleanliness and the sensation of warmth in the interior. All flats have ample space and functional distribution based on the silent room, double roof height and distribution of practical and effective. Floors are made of different materials: travertine marble, wood and porcelánico dark gray (in the kitchen and bathroom).

Furniture (designed by A-Cero) gray, black or white and has clean lines and modern. In the bedroom, furniture made from organic forms which include an angle with sinuous curves. Bathroom and kitchen completely equipped. They have been designed looking for the maximum functionality in order to answering appropriately to the needs that demand these home areas demand everyday.
