The concept of site: This “urban-infill” houses is to think sited to the north lot to maximize the view blocked while creating a large, private yard to the south. The house takes advantage of views and natural topography and create easy access for both vehicles and pedestrians. This is important to create a foot-friendly access to the house, while keeping many off-street parking for owners and visitors.
