Wildcat Ridge Residence is a dwelling place with style and contemporary design which designed by Voorsanger Architects. It’s looks warm and comfortable in interior designs. The contemporary residence is located on a site that is unique among the many spectacular sites in America. The site is located at an elevation of 9,200 feet and had already been excavated for a discontinued residential project, in Aspen, Colorado. This was not a situation where capturing the landscape was the challenge but providing a major sustainable architecture in such a fragile but challenging environment. The landscape itself is so dominant, spectacular, and immediate, with its alpine vistas on the horizon the design called for an architecture that moved the scale of the exterior into the interior.

The house’s energy sources are seventy-two geo-thermal wells and a generator, meaning that it can virtually function independent of outside support services. The wells heat the driveways, pool, and house during the coldest winter months and cools during the summer without depleting any fossil fuels.

The design evolved by following the longitudinal parallel of the crest of the mountain, with the public rooms, study, and master bedroom oriented west toward dramatic views. The guest bedrooms have an eastern orientation with views of the receding mountain ranges. The house is two hundred forty feet long, bisected down its length by a twelve-foot stone wall of moss rock. Entering the house, the major rooms are on the left, accessible by a gallery parallel to the wall, on the right. This area is entirely free of columns, structured in long spans by a folded plate design with ceiling heights starting at twelve feet and ascending to thirty feet. Named Orange Grove, is a five-unit loft project designed by BROOKS + SCARPA Architects. Orange Grove has a simple and a relaxed designs, yet awesome. The modern building is located in West Hollywood, California. Referencing architectural conventions of modernism rather than the pitched roof forms of traditional domesticity, the project presents a characteristic that is consistent with the eclectic and often unconventional demographic of West Hollywood.

The building is sensitively designed and compatible with the neighborhood, but differs in material palette and scale from its neighbors. Referencing architectural conventions of modernism rather than the pitched roof forms of traditional domesticity, the project presents a characteristic that is consistent with the eclectic and often unconventional demographic of West Hollywood. Distinct from neighboring structures, the building creates a strong relationship to the street by virtue of its large amount of highly usable balcony area in the front façade.

While there are dramatic and larger scale elements that define the building, it is also broken down into comprehensible human scale parts, and is itself broken down into two different buildings. Orange Grove displays a similar kind of iconoclasm as the Schindler House, an icon of California modernism, located a short distance away. Like the Schindler House, the conventional architectural elements of windows and porches are reconceived as an abstract sculptural ensemble, in this case referencing a paradigm based on the space, light, and industrial materials of the loft.

A beautiful and comfortable homes is the dream of every person. This is a house with an amazing and beautiful structures designed by Semple Brown Design. Kern Residence has a sleek design and soft colors so it’s looks comfortable and awesome. Kern Residence is located in the Castle Pines, Colorado. Given the size and scale of the project, the site – a long slender lot with significant grade change – became a challenging factor during design. Developing the building’s massing became a crucial exercise in delicately fitting the program onto the site while creating the illusion of a smaller structure.

Make a residence with a 12,000 square foot, similar in scale and character as a client New York loft, it is the intent of the design team. Significant effort was made to resist repeating the typically conservative style of Castle Pines Village – create a modern and sophisticated piece of architecture, suited for the clients’ modern and sophisticated personalities.

The architecture was intended to be ambient, in that it was secondary to, and served as a backdrop for the rest of the site. The building wanted to relate to and compliment the site’s meticulously manicured landscape – Japanese Gardens, ponds, pathways, and architectural feature.

The interior spaces are laid-out in a horizontal format with clean modern lines, carrying the language of the exterior inside. There is a strong and deliberate dialog between the exterior and interior spaces created within this project. In order to best respond to the site and relate the structure to its context, the entry point into the house needed to be a full story lower in elevation than the arrival point onto the site, thus resulting in the challenge of gracefully bringing the home owners and visitors alike down to the front door through a landscaped outdoor room.
