SAG is a building of a new airport in Mestia, Georgia. The project was completed in 2010 by J. Mayer H. Architects. This airport buildings is also part of an ambitious plan to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili‘s to develop tourism in Mestia. A beautiful medieval town with stone defensive towers are part of the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site and is also famous as a ski resort.
